How we handle information you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is operated by JStar Technologies Pty Ltd, a technology consultancy based in Melbourne, Australia. You can reach us at hello@jstar.technology.
What we collect
We collect only the information you choose to send us through the contact form — your name, work email, and optionally your company, role, the type of help you're looking for, project stage, engagement type, budget range and your message. We also receive your IP address as part of normal web-server processing, which is used to limit automated form abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and to continue that conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists from a contact enquiry without your agreement.
How it is handled
Form submissions are delivered by email to our own mailbox and stored in our email and business systems. Access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it remains commercially relevant, then remove it.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Website analytics are not enabled by default. If analytics are enabled in future, we will publish what is collected and provide a consent mechanism at that time.
Third parties
The website is served from commercial web hosting, and web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of delivering the font files. No other third-party service receives your enquiry information.
Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@jstar.technology and we will action reasonable requests.
